thesellershallnotberesponsibleforthedelayofshipmentornon-deliveryofthegoodsduetoforcemajeureunderucp600.thesellershalladvisethebuyerimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedaboveandwithin3daysthereafterthesellershallsendanoticebycouriertothebuyeroftheiracceptanceofacertificateoftheaccidentissuedbytmerceunderwhosejurisdictiontheaccidentoccursasevidencethereof.undersuchcircumstancestheseller,however,arestillunderobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.incasetheaccidentlastsformorethan60daysthebuyershallhavetherighttocancelthecontract.
